What type of product is InMotion Care?
We are the only real-time precision care software for senior living. Our breakthrough technology utilizes real-time location systems with proprietary software developed by InMotion Care to capture, gather, and deliver information based on time and location.
Are you HIPAA Compliant?
Yes. InMotion Care stores all customer data on AWS and does not store PHI nor PII on our on-premises servers, devices or app.
Is it easy to use?
Yes, our software was designed by senior living professionals who understand that technology in senior living needs to be simple and intuitive to use.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, caregivers will use the mobile app on a device to access care and task information, to find co-workers and equipment, and to message or call co-workers.
What equipment is installed in my community?
We will install an on-premises server and location antennas. These items will be wired to your LAN (local area network). The server will access the Internet through your current connection to send outbound time and location data to the cloud. InMotion Care will require remote access to maintain the on-premises server (security patches, software updates, etc.) and will work with community IT staff to limit inbound traffic to the necessary ports and protocols.
Your staff will use desktop computers and mobile devices to access data. Mobile devices will be used through your community’s WiFi and across the Internet to access data.
What is the effect on my current network?
We will leverage a community’s existing local area network and WiFi to deliver data to the end user via web and mobile applications. We will conduct a review of your network to determine if any updates or changes are needed.
Is this designed for long-term care?
Yes, InMotion Care software is designed for use in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
